Indeed some of the b...I couldn't help but comment. Indeed some of the best parts of running are in the here and now, to my own, total astonishment. Yah, yah, it's coming from me, but seriously; I never would have thought this before running with a certain bunch of kids ... ahem... your adults. It's amazing how something as psychological challenging as running can help to completely change your mindset.
