All I can come up with is: push the window out, not up???
Why is the stop sign in the middle of the graphic and why does it have an exclamation point?
In case of emergency, please escape through the illustrated window. Do not, repeat, do not attempt to go out the window above this sign.
@LookingUp - I think that's the winner! It's clearly the most accurate reading of the sign's apparent message...
